5. Intellectual Property

Our Service: VidSnap, including its software, algorithms, design, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by VidSnap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By using VidSnap, you grant us a limited license to process videos and generate summaries on your behalf, solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Payment Terms

VidSnap offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Credits: Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier and renew each billing period
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. Repeated payment failures may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

VidSnap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated summaries
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected
• That the service is free from viruses or harmful components

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of VidSnap shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to VidSnap at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Is fraudulent or involves unauthorized use

Upon termination, your right to access and use VidSnap will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email or through the service
• Provide you with an opportunity to review the changes
